We require a two-night minimum stay.

We schedule bookings to insure that your room has been unoccupied for 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Rooms Rates:

The Room Rate for all rooms is $135.00 + 12% Sales & Hotel Tax = $151.20

All rooms have private baths and include a boxed continental breakfast.

Check In is between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. If you need to make arrangements for a later check in, please notify us at the time of booking. Check Out is at 10:30am.

*** Please be aware that cats do live in a sequestered area of the Parker Ranch which is off limits to guests, however, if you have extreme allergic reactions to cat fur/dander please take this into consideration.
